Letter and Standard Mail
Letter Mail:
- This shipping option are for orders containing ONLY stickers, greeting cards and art prints and is shipped through postage stamps.
- This option DOES NOT provide any tracking, but you may select the Standard option for tracking.
- Estimated time of arrival is 1-7 days (US) 1-4 weeks (International)
Standard Mail:
- This shipping option are for orders containing multiple items such as: stickers, enamel pins, keychains, memo pads, and/or washi tapes.
- This option DOES provide a tracking number.
- Estimated time of arrival is 2-5 days (US) 1-10 weeks (International)
Where do you ship?
UK, AU and NZ:
- Unforuntely, due to the 2021 VAT remittance, I am unable to ship to these countries at this time.
EU:
- Orders going out to the EU Union will be held at customs until any import tax is covered, and so please cover any VAT tax to your specific country.
International Mail Service Suspensions:
- There are also other countries I am unable to ship to due impacts related to COVID-19. Please click here for more information.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and to ship?
- All orders will ship within 1-5 working days as I am one person!
- You will receive a text notification when your order has shipped.
- Thank you for your understanding and patience!
What should I do if my order is missing?
- Once your package is dropped off at USPS, I do keep track of your order shipment to make sure it has reached you!
- However, it is unfortunately out of my hands if it does go missing once it's been droped off at USPS. Please contact USPS with your tracking # so they can assist you.
- If a Signature Required option is available for you, please use this if you feel that your package may be stolen.
Do you accept refunds or returns?
Refunds:
- As long as your order has not been shipped and it's been under 24 hours since your order, you may receive a refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed!
Returns:
- I make sure that every order is packed with care and contains the correct items for your order.
- If you are unhappy or have any concerns regarding your order, please don't hesitate to contact me via DM Instagram @plantswithpan OR via email plantswithpan@gmail.com that includes:
- Your First and Last name
- Your Order #
- Your concern/questions
